P & R APPALOOSA STUD - Only 12km from the centre of Hamilton, and 8km from the airport - A working farm with sheep and cattle, as well as our Appaloosa Horse stud - 360-degree views of Pirongia Mountain and the surrounding farmlands from our near new house. Private sunny deck for relaxing. We have a lock-up pen and kennel for your dog - Children are welcome - We are a no-smoking farmstay - There are three steps up into our house.
